We do not sell your personal information.
5. Communications and Phone Verification
By submitting your contact details you consent to being contacted by Work It Out and our partner providers by phone, SMS, or email about your enquiry. We may send a one-time code to verify your phone number; the code is valid for a short period and cannot be reused.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us. Service-related messages (such as confirmations and verification codes) may continue.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed it is securely deleted or de-identified.
10. Overseas Storage
Some of our service providers store data outside New Zealand (for example, cloud hosting providers in Australia, the United States, or the European Union). We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers protect your information to a standard at least equivalent to the Privacy Act 2020.

Our service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child without proper authorisation, we will delete it.
